Yoga takes place 3 times a week at MPA:
Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm and Saturday mornings at 10:15am with Abbie, and on Thursday evenings at 7:30pm, Yogiology with Kayleigh – please see the classes page for more details.
No need to book or be a member, just turn up and pay £7.50 per class – or block book 10 sessions for £65.00. – Please ask Paul or Kev for block booking.
Abbie Lea is a certified RYT200 yoga teacher from Cheshire, primarily teaching Hatha Vinyasa.
Before Yoga became Abbie’s sole passion, she had literally tried every sport available! Since Abbie began her Yoga journey in 2014, she has immersed herself in the practice and truly believes her journey is only just beginning.
Being a ‘real life’ Yogi, with a full time career in IT, she has seen so many benefits from Yoga, not only the physical, but improvements at work, home, and to her health & mental wellbeing.
Abbie’s goal is to share her passion for Yoga with the members at MPA, and she hopes students leave her class feeling refreshed, strengthened, clear-minded, and sweaty!
She also wishes that students take their discoveries from their Yoga practice into their daily lives, as this ancient guide to living is now more relevant than ever.
A yoga inspired exercise class that will challenge you physically and balance you mentally.
This class encourages mindfulness through movement. Yogiology incorporates calisthenics, to focus on movement which uses the whole body cohesively. Learn how to break boundaries and become stronger both physically and spiritually.
