Kettle bells have totally changed my life and understanding of exercise and fitness. You do not need a gym to achieve the highest levels of physical fitness you need a kettle bell and some know how. So what does the kettle bell mean to me? Well it means I can carry my gym with me, I can train at home at work or on holiday, with one kettle bell I can perform workouts that I would have previously found impossible to do without a gym and even then wouldn’t have been able to achieve the level of effort required to deliver outstanding results and that sense of satisfaction you get from a truly challenging workout.
I can think of no other piece of equipment that has such diversity to allow it’s user the variety of exercises and freedom of motion that a Kettle Bell can deliver, It’s applications are without limits, the amount of exercises list in to the hundreds and then you will still probably discover another just from a change in stance or posture it is truly remarkable.
