Come down to MPA for a free assessment where we will discuss your sports specific goals and medical history. We will also look to gain solid understanding of exactly what motivates you in the pursuit of success in your given sport.
You will also have the option to go through a body composition analysis whereby I will calculate body fat percentages, muscle mass and weight statistics to benchmark ongoing progress and make you the most efficient athlete possible.

Most gym programmes are not Sports Specific. Most gym programmes are generic and exclude key exercises and movement patterns for your specific sport.
