Jarrod is a tennis coach and a personal trainer located in Hartford. Jarrod has been a tennis coach for over 12 years and a personal trainer for over 3 years. He has worked with children and adults of all ages and abilities with the intent to work towards specific goals to improve clients’ performance both on and off the court, whilst incorporating fun elements to ensure the best results.
After playing tennis to a county level and representing Cheshire on a number of occasions he understands the training, nutrition and dedication involved to reach your goals. Stefan has been working as a fitness coach for over 5 years and has worked in many different gyms picking up experience along the way, working with a large variety of people ranging from beginners to professional athletes and now works part time with Warrington Wolves rugby club. Jake has worked within the fitness industry for over 6 years with 4 of them training infantry soldiers in the British army. Upon leaving he began to pursue a career in bodybuilding with the intention of being granted a pro card and is currently one of the top 10 amateur bodybuilders in the country. It is using his experience of functional training with soldiers plus personal experiences from competing in a sport based around the aesthetics of physique to help people achieve whatever they desire.
