Each month we release challenges for the MPA gym members. This is a great way to get more involved, and push yourself to the limit.
This month we have the Wattbike and Concept2 Rowing Machine challenges. These two pieces of kit provide the very best in platforms to test your aerobic abilities. What better way to get fitter, than to challenge your fellow friends in the fitness centre.

We will also be adding other challenges each month to allow competition in other disciplines, as we know everyone has their own strength and weakness. The one kilometre distance is the ultimate test for sprinters in delivering power and speed. Set your distance for 1km and record the time. Write it on the Wattbike whiteboard!
C2 Rowing Challenges
If you wish to reserve any of the machines to perform your challenge then you can secure them by using the diary in the club. See staff for help in setting up the machines if you need to.
